360 Walk Around Platform

Your employer provides 360 Walk Around (360WA) Worker with your name, email address, and phone number. WAW collects GPS data, images, and any notes you submit during an inspection. All communication between the application and our servers is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Any and all permissions we ask for in the application are for for administration and oversight by your employer, application functionality. and feedback for our engineering team.

Data collected is held for as long as your employer is required to maintain it by policy or law.

360WA does not share this information with anyone but you, your employer, and 360WA administrative staff.

Google Analytics, Crashlytics, and other application usage data are held by Firebase and their retention is governed by their policies which can be reviewed here: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

360 Walk Around will not delete your Worker account(s). Your employer may delete or disable it at any time for any reason. Your personal information will be anonymized by this process, but inspection logs you generate will be retained as long as your employer continues using this platform.
